To visualize
Visualition is an important tool to master, it is using the imagination to help build your spirit connection to all there is, if you can visualize it you can create it.
I use my visualization in all my communication with the spirits of animals and bugs and plants.....eventually the true images come through and it is a thrill at first then just as common as anything else we see daily.
When you sit and deep breath, relax as fully as possible and then begin your visualzation on whatever you are looking to create or communicate with. Be as detailed oriented as possible as well as clear on what you are thinking as well.
After getting your picture in order and your thought, just relax and enjoy the feeling or communication you are experiencing.
I always thank the plant, animal or bug for working with me.
I always give my new idea to God in a basket to let the universe know I trust they will provide.
You will find the practice of these 2 tools will also help with strengthening your intuitiveness and other psychic gifts.
How much of the gifts you choose to develope is entirly up to you, every human is born with these gifts not all choose to use or develope them, however the one gift that all of us must develope is the intuitive, this is our internal warning and directional from spirit.
So practice often through out the day 3 deep breaths and relax, then ask your true self "what do "I" want to do right now?" then follow through. Note: you will never recieve a negative from spirit, so if you think you got a message to do something negative (bring harm) do not do it, you are not in tune.
I'm working up some spells this week to share with others. Note: a spell is a prayer with intent. Many of us wonder how we can pray for something and get no response, it is because we failed to have a prayer with intent, meaning we simply prayed outwardly with out giving specific feeling, (we usually are desperate at the time), so we will form a prayer with the strength of will to see it come to fruition.
