Some little things

Did you know that envisioning a blue ring of light around something or someone is for protection. I do this daily for my loved ones, my home and vehicle as well as strangers I see broke down on the road, I surround them and thier vehicle, with a little blessing they get help soon. Also I do blessings for every dead creature I see along the road, it is a shame they have to die due to our need to get around so quickly. When the traffic on the road seems so hectic and out of sync, I bring up shields, rear to front side to side to help keep appropriate distances between me and other vehicles. I usually feel a little tingle around my neck after doing so. My visualization is just an energy field out in front of me over the top to back behind me then sides that reach the lane sides I'm in. Free flow movement

A unique practice I enjoy doing is, free flow movement, it is when you stand still deep breath, fully relax and then let your body begin to move, I like to think of myself as a tender reed, flowing with the wind, you may feel something else as you begin to move, just let it happen. If you are like me at first I was embarassed to let go, but darn once I did I felt more incredible as I went. This is how I found my natural movements to be more like Native American indians, more shaman. You will find your own natural way of moving, you can chant and really let go and totally be in the moment and movement. Another practice is that of the spinning, if you start spinning in a circle and hold one hand out that is naturally forward to the direction you are going, focus only on the hand you will not get dizzy...pretty kool experience to get lost in the spin.
