Free flow movement
A unique practice I enjoy doing is, free flow movement, it is when you stand still deep breath, fully relax and then let your body begin to move, I like to think of myself as a tender reed, flowing with the wind, you may feel something else as you begin to move, just let it happen.
If you are like me at first I was embarassed to let go, but darn once I did I felt more incredible as I went.
This is how I found my natural movements to be more like Native American indians, more shaman.
You will find your own natural way of moving, you can chant and really let go and totally be in the moment and movement.
Another practice is that of the spinning, if you start spinning in a circle and hold one hand out that is naturally forward to the direction you are going, focus only on the hand you will not get dizzy...pretty kool experience to get lost in the spin.
