Enriching the soul will always enrich your whole life, mind, body and heart...

To enrich ones life one need only begin to appreciate all they have, find everyhing possible in your life that makes you happy, life is just about "feeling" good.

I have traveled many roads, was up and was down, I believe that I have never fully fallen for a part of me coud never stop appreciating the wonder of spirit, God and nature. So giving up completely never was a full option.

The Holidays bring such wonder and stress for many, some depression gets deeper...
This season I challenge you to rise above, lift your vibration by merely loving something, even it is only one thing, give it your attention, appreciation and love......begin to see the world in a new light, so what if you can not afford light and decorations, appreciate the folks that can right now and that do....there is nothing better than enjoying the things you love wether you provided it or not.

Blessings and Love give life a chance to fill you, to start a dialogue inside of you in the form of dreams, then know you are the one who can create anything you want, leave the details to the universe for now, just live, laugh and love.
