the ritual of prayer

Whenever you are in need of something specific, your prayer will have more umph if you follow a few simple rules.

In your sacred space, light a candle or incence, then write your prayer out on a piece of paper, while writing it out visualize exactly what it is you need. Now set a small bowl of water out and a crystal or other rock, small bowl of good old dirt will work too, now start some wonderful music....

Read your prayer out loud three times, like anything else a prayer must be resonated on three levels, after you have read it you may burn the writing releasing to great spirit or simply throw it away...it is done!

Relax in your space letting your thought clear, then in reverse turn off the music cover the rock, empty your water and blow out your candle or put out your incense.

These steps help you create a attmosphere of intent...intent being I have come to my special place to request and co-create a need that must be filled.

As you practice this form of ritual you realize how you are giving yourself up to a absolute descision...to pray and manifest.

All religions use the symbols in thier ceramonies, some have simply lost the meaning and proper use of these symbols, which represent...Fire, Water, Earth and Air.

I no these things to work and love to share them with you, there comes a time when one doesn't need them any longer, for now until you gain the self empowerment of prayer...try this technique.

Note: there are rules in the universe for prayer...
1. One you must never interfer with anothers life path.
2. Do as you wish bring harm to none.

These two are the most imprtant they truly say alot in a very simple form.

Never interfer with another life path unless asked by them, that is why some prayers for you may not happen as quickly unless the person has asked....I love it when someone asks me to pray for them, I always say to them consider it done, and it always is! That is because I am so sure of my onesness with God, Goddess All that is, that I do not doubt my prayer being fullfilled for another who has asked.

Do as you will bring harm to none...most powerful statement...if you take an extra couple of seconds on anything you are going to do or say, you will ask how does this affect anyone else.....harm to none! (emotional, physical or path wise)

I always include that last line to all my prayers...it makes it clear of my intentions to the universe.

Blessings....
